Classroom Management

\  Ability-Based Grouping

Ages 0–3 represent a critical period of development. Through professional, diverse, and systematic interaction, infants and toddlers can better integrate external information, supporting proper development in physical movement, cognition, social interaction, language, and self-care skills. Unlike traditional age-based grouping, Baylen Childcare Centers group children based on behavioral development. Based on developmental guidelines, grouping considers children’s physical movement, social-emotional development, language communication, cognitive exploration, self-care abilities, and dietary progress. Activities are then designed using the “Bayes’ Development Course,” including “Music & Movement,” “Art Creation,” “Physical Movement,” “Cognitive Development,” and “Nature & Science,” providing children with comprehensive learning and care.

\  Professional Teaching Team

Baylen teachers hold early childhood education and KAP Certificate. Registered nurses have national qualifications and extensive pediatric and maternity experience. Teachers are sensitive to infants’ physical and emotional needs, familiar with developmental stages, and recognized for high professional standards in both academia and industry.

\  Professional Training

The Headquater of Beagle Incubator Cooperation regularly assigns professional training and guidance teams to provide on-site coaching and support. Each center receives 6 hours of pre-service training and 18 hours of annual in-service professional training, ensuring that every childcare professional is equipped with comprehensive skills and up-to-date knowledge.

Through standardized procedures, regular follow-ups, and ongoing professional development, we maintain consistent, high-quality childcare services. We also actively collaborate with leading childcare institutions in Taiwan and abroad, exchanging professional expertise and incorporating advanced childcare practices to continuously strengthen our teaching and caregiving teams.
