Each time the centre doors open, the cheerful laughter of teachers and children can be heard. This beautiful daily scene is what our team works tirelessly to protect every moment. Having led Baylen through many seasons, there are some thoughts I would like to share with parents.

We believe that childcare is defined by both “professional caregiving” and “guided education.” During the golden developmental stage of 0–3 years old, every action and every word from teachers influences a child’s cognition, emotions, and personality development. Through professional knowledge, we design age-appropriate and individualized care and guidance. While children grow safely and happily, we also foster sensory integration, character education, emotional management, and logical thinking skills.

These childcare philosophies are practiced by our exceptional team. I remember a busy afternoon when a teacher was guiding a child through toilet training. After cleaning up countless accidents that day, I heard three teachers taking turns gently and empathetically guiding the child: “Are you feeling shy to say it? Next time when you need to go, you can tap the teacher or give a signal, and we will quickly take you to try!” and “We believe you will succeed next time!” This encouragement continued until the child gradually transformed from frustration to confidence and happily said, “Okay!” This was just an ordinary afternoon—a simple interaction between a group of passionate teachers and a child. I firmly believe that such moments, though small, have an important impact on a child’s growth.

Baylen Baby & Childcare centre is a second home for both children and teachers, and a source of reassurance and support for parents.
